It's the worst project of locality. All positive feedbacks have been given by their partners. There are few points worth mentioning:

1) Its NOT in Noida. It's in a village (Nangla). So wrong representation of project. Fraud start!!
2) It's a group of small 10-11 builders who have never built anything worth in Crores and this project cost is around 100 crores. So at the end expect a major 'Bandar-bant' among these builders.
3) After completion of construction, all the builders will flew. There will be no one to take the responsibility of bad construction quality or change in structure or fraud.
4) They are asking for major payment in Black- That shows their end intention.
5) They don't have approvals in place. Please cross check their papers before giving a single penny. In a village property they are building commercials- You can understand.
6) Authority is not allowing registration of their properties. You will be a puppet in their hands after making the full payment.
7) They are quoting a price of 4000 psf which is very close to what reputed builders are charging in well settled locality of Noida-78. Their ideal price should be around 2000-2100 psf considering village property and reputation of builders and construction quality.

There are lots more in the list. But being a professional real estate analyst, I don't want to waste much time on this moribund property.

PLEASE don't even consider this property as your option.
