Unboxing the DaVinci Miqro explorer collection gave me a lot of surprises. The packaging is very good and has a box for almost all the extra accessories it provides. Aside from the basics included in the kit, the explorer collection has a spare battery which is a good idea (Miqro users would know why), a nice carrying pouch, a grinder coin, an extra tool and extra removable parts, and a silicone sleeve. Having a spare adjusting pearl and spare gaskets are a good addition because of wear and tear reasons. Another thing I love is the 5 year warranty. And the DaVinci customer service rep I talked to, Rosie wasn t a pain in the a** and is actually helpful and nice.
