A few days ago when I had trouble with my internet connection, first I called my son who is a computer expert always knows what to do. But not this time.
He told me to call iiNet.
A lovely lady helped me so quickly.
5 minutes later she called me back to check if everything was ok.
This is what I call 5 star service.
