Shocking service, can't get a meal order correct and in the time I ordered 2 drinks with a waitress, our main course arrived and I went and got in 2 rounds and they still didn't come! Ordered sauces and never got them, steaks were mediocre, wouldn't expect this service from Wetherspoons or even McDonald's! If you insist on having table service, the hint is in the name. Wait on the tables not turn down about 16 customers because the staff were too busy setting out for breakfast at 9:25pm! We stayed at the premier Inn next door and had booked meal vouchers bit completely regret that decision, would vote zero stars if I could! How this place is open beggars belief!
