I unfortunately have no choice but to use this service for power. I have lived in my ONE BEDROOM apartment for the last three years. My bill is far from ever being consistent. I tried budget billing only to find it is just as inconsistent. My bill stated that in September of 2018, I used $340 worth of energy. The very next month, October of 2018, my usage some how dropped all the way down to only $70 worth. I literally did NOTHING different in this 30 day period. I find a phone call to the representatives to be painfully unhelpful as they always have some excuse as to these drastic jumps. And alas, I am no energy expert. So in all reality, I can be charged WHATEVER they say I owe and I MUST pay. Extremely frustrating to say the least.
