They have GOT to update their online billing and payment system to streamline the process. It is to late in this century to have a billing program that barely works for MAC users and to be so outdated. I would love to see some of our tax money going to an revamp of our city utilities. Also, and perhaps this is only my apartment complex, but we seem to have water issues every other month.
