It has good products, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.
I placed an order online but they did not want to deliver it to my home because the delivery address did not match the tax address. I understand that.
They give me two days to collect the merchandise or else they would return it to the warehouse.
The guard made me wait outside and forgot.
After paying, the order was missing.
They made me check in outside and the machine is not working properly.
I couldn't even speak to the manager because he was on his lunch break.
