Rude staff. Didn't have our room turned once in our four night stay despite being out the majority of the day, including when housekeeping made their rounds (we made sure to ask when that was). Our room was 'cleaned' though we had to explicitly ask the front desk for the service. By cleaned I mean our beds were made. The pool had a strong stench of dirty feet and bleach. It stuck to us, our bathing suits, and the towels we used to dry ourselves off. We had to use those towels a couple times as they were not replaced. Will never return.
