Was horrified by the rude and disrespectful treatment by the staff at the bike rental shop. Acted like they were being inconvenienced when I asked for assistance and they had to put down their phones and get off their chairs. Didn t ask what we were looking for, had zero suggestions, gave us this old, beaten, filthy, non maintenances bike. Even though they literally did nothing to assist treated us like we did something wrong by walking in to the shop. Not sure why they rent bikes if they have no interest in helping people and an utter sustain for customers. Many other mountains in VT where you are treated with kindness & respect to explore (Burke, Killington etc), don t waste your time here.
