Never felt so humiliated in my life awful experience as a female Army Veteran went to this dealership on Monday 03/18/2018 to purchase a vehicle the sales person Julio was very professional however Ahmed and Danny are two fraudulent individuals. Ahmed got upset because I refused to pay for a "transportation fee" the vehicle was in their lot and he wanted $750 from me and wanted to run my credit eventhough I came in with an approval from my Municipal Credit Union, he said he wanted the credit and since I have excellent credit it shouldn't matter if he ran my credit, when I refused he became irate he called me disrespectful and started berating me in front of my 3 children. Ahmed stepped away when I asked for my documents and here comes "Danny" the Finance Manager, Danny sat down and explained to me that they get a 3% kick back from MCU and therefore they're losing money, he stated since I'm not allowing them to run my credit he wanted $600 from me that it's called a SHAKEDOWN. I refused he stated "since $600 is going to break you than we'll sell you the car anyway ". I received a fraudulent bill of sales with a vin# that in carfax came back as a front wheel drive vehicle when we test drove an all wheel drive vehicle. Today 3/20/2018 I went back to get my money reverted back to my credit card, $500 to hold the car while I went to my credit union that I had put down. I met with Julio which he didn't have a problem however Ahmed came towards me from the nowhere and was instigating an argument I asked him to get away from me and he continued berating me and taunting, it was harassment, i felt so uncomfortable, Julio had to tell him to go and process the transaction, it seems he was trying to keep him away, after he completed the transaction he came towards us (Julio and I ) gave me my card and started again harassing and taunting me and asking me for my husband "where is your husband" repeatedly, numerous times, didn't know why he was asking me this question when he never met my husband, he was baiting me into an argument than I saw and experienced the unthinkable Ahmed was video recording me with his phone as he was taunting me as I was asking him repeatedly to get away from me, I don't know with what purpose, it's the most disturbing thing I ever experienced he is a sick individual all this because I refused to pay their fraudulent fees. Julio had to walk me across the street to my car. Ahmed is a disturbing individual. If you are a female going to that dealership by yourself stay away from him, he records women, God knows with what purpose. This dealership is bad news stay away.
