I would like to give zero star if possible. Worst service advisor ever. Stephen Bowen. He has no time to attend your car, no time to talk to you, he cannot walk with you to handover the car. Then why the heck Service advisor is for,, just to swipe the card and take the money out? Will look for alternative place in the future.
