Was very displeased with this hotel stay.
I reserved a room here for a work conference that is held here every year. I enjoyed the convenience of not having to drive anywhere after my meetings, but other than that the whole experience was very unpleasant. I reserved in advance of at least two weeks, was never informed of any "hidden fees" or any extra charge for incidentals. My family and I work off a zero-balance budget and budgeted enough for the stay and any meals my hubby and daughter would need. So here we are the Friday I reserved and had to make do with 7 dollars for 2 for dinner. We had stated our stay was going to have a 3 person stay and there were not enough Towels for 2. I requested 2 more towels and never received them. We went on about our stay and Saturday Morning my husbands back was killing him. The beds were very uncomfortable. I am not sure if all rooms were made up the same but the beds had nothing but flat sheets. no fitted sheets so as a person who moves a lot when asleep this was bad as by morning I was laying on the actual mattress. Things just went down hill from there.
I would not recommend a stay or stay again. Even if it were free.
