I had first requested Elisa for my first time there as I was referred by a friend who trusted her. When I arrived for my appt, it was not with her and they never told me ahead of time that she didn t even work there anymore. Ok. Trying to be open minded so I went ahead and put my trust into someone I knew nothing about. I asked for baby Botox (I have a very small forehead, minimal lines) and next thing I knew the whole syringe was gone. A week later my eyelids were terribly drooping over and swollen with lots of pressure. I even had to tweeze a few of my inner eyelashes bc they were being pushed into my eyes. I called and came back in to express my concern and discomfort. They said they would prescribe me eye drops to at least help until the neurotoxin started to lessen. I made a trip to the pharmacy a few hours later and nothing had been called in. I proceeded to call about 4 more times over the next two days and guess what? No call backs and no drops called in. I usually don t leave negative reviews but I was pretty appalled how they handled things and the nurse even agreed that way too much had been injected. People do procedures like these to look better, now I feel embarrassed to leave my house. I will say I m giving two stars bc she did a decent job on my lips.
