Matt Redford and the OVM team were outstanding ! What I thought was an impossible situation was resolved and all the potential hurdles throughout this loan process were overcome. 3 banks and financial institutions were unable to work with us because of some very complicated financial issues. However, Matt and the OVM team literally pushed us through this process. The professionalism was exceeded only by the level of personal attention. Did I mention that the process occurred in less than 45 days. In addition a portion of their commission supports Waves for Water by purchasing 2 water filters which will provide clean water for 400 people for 5 years. I couldn't make this stuff up. Well, needless to say I'll be referring everyone who will listen.
