Very poor service, unprofessional and extremely rude. Not sure how they have a 5 star rating. My fiancee asked me to stay home for the apt so I took the day off work to have our new door installed. They never showed up and we never received a call letting us know. I called and was given the run around and told someone would be in touch to set another apt and they could do it on a Saturday. Someone called to follow up with me the next day to see how the install went and if I was happy.... Mind you nothing was ever done, how did he not know this? even at that point they did not schedule another apt.
I have already paid half my deposit and still have not got an apt to get my door installed. After INTENSIVE research I have found that they were once under the name of AmeriServ Garage Doors Charlotte and recently changed the name to RCS due to the AmeriServe located in Georgia being investigated for similar practices (from what I read is still undergoing). I would NOT recommend this company. Something suspicious is going on and I will take my loss and call another company to complete the job.
