I cannot say enough good things about this dealers...

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. We live about 2 hours away, we called before heading there and were able to discuss what we needed and was it possible before we made the trip. When we got there, the car was pulled up front and ready for it's test drive- just as promised, I've had numerous large dealers make an appt with us, for ZERO point because the car is never ready-one time it had been sold! So the fact that Cooks kept their word and were ready for us was HUGE! Paperwork was ready to sign, there was no messing around or nonsense, the whole process was quick and simple. We were in and out within an hour! The sales man and finance manager were both super nice, friendly and helpful. We will definitely return if we need a car!
