Graduated in 2005 from WyoTech in Laramie. I took Diesel, Advanced Diesel, and Applied Service Management. Most of the instructors were helpful and knowledgeable in each subject. There was a few bumps in the road with some of the instructors, but eventually smoothed out working together. It took a few weeks to adjust to the environment of living as well as following the schools profesionalism conduct. It is a decent school to learn the basics of customer service, business planning, & management, engines, powertrains, refrigeration, electrical, etc. The student housing was one downfall, some students had to be set up in local hotel rooms and apartments with strict rules (kinda like H.O.A's). I myself was in an apartment, but eventually moved to a local house. The education has really been beneficial to help get a job in the diesel field. The tuition is some what high, but the school staff has to make a living as well. There are cheaper education alternatives, but the way of school life in the Wyoming setting makes you develop into a self sufficient adult with different experiences. I enjoyed my time at WyoTech.
