MERCEDES OF SOUTH CHARLOTTE IS AWSOME. I called Franco at about 130 Friday and told him what was going on. I live over an hour away, and have a dealership closer that South Charlotte. He told me to bring it down, I did, it was fixed in a few hours and I was treated like I OWNED the place. From the minute i drove up they where ready to help.
