Very dissatisfied with their services.

1. Many facilities are mentioned in their websites like Gym, Sauna and Massage. But these services aren't available. Gym equipments aren't much. And the ones that are available are broken for long and needed to be fixed. Spa service has remained closed for many days but surprisingly it is mentioned on the website.

2. Even though rooms are costly but the room facilities are very poor and needs to be renovated. Same goes for their spacious bathrooms. The ACs are really old and needs to be changed.

I also have many other reasons for giving it negative marks but now to frustrated to write anything. I am still regretting why on Earth I chose this place even though I had other options.
