I am VERY disappointed with the service of Appliance Canada.. They left me without an oven and mircowave (dual built in) hitting 3 months now. My appliances blew up into flames when their service man came to fix it. I had to take it upon myself to deal with bosch to get everything in order, and yet i still have my appliances sitting on my floor. Their serivce man showed up at 10pm to uninstall my appliances without any tools.. they dropped off my appliances at 7 am in the middle of my home ( see pictures) and its been over 24 hours thats its been like this. Asad has been helpful of trying to get things done, but overall i will NEVER buy from this store again. You;d think because i've spent over $30,000 in this store they'd handle my situation a bit differently... You try living in a house with a family and working a job with no oven.. I had to bbq my thanksgiving turkey.
