Pleased by our previous visit to this hotel, we were very disappointed this time by the benefits (length of stay: 3 nights):
* regarding cleanliness, several stains on the carpet of the room (room 253); hair in the bathtub when we arrived, a paint that starts to get dirty and a TV that pixelizes as soon as we go beyond the first 3 cable channels
* Regarding the SPA, whatever the hours, it was always necessary to ask for towels for the pool; the stock was never renewed, dirty handkerchiefs under the deckchairs of the pool ... staff on the other hand very welcoming SPA.
* Regarding catering, the room service is fast and consistent with expectations ........ However, we tested the restaurant: lack of cleanliness of the table with a plate for bread largely chipped, salt spread on the table set ..personal seems on the nerves (the waitress was very upset at having to answer the phone because of the repeated absence of the butler seems you). We were offered an appetizer that I did not even have time to finish because our dishes were already ready to be served so that we finished our cocktails appetizers by eating our dishes! The beef tenderloin was not tender while blue cooking and The dessert: poached pear was straight out of the fridge and not cooked; when the gourmet coffee, the server was not able to tell us its content to order.
