Unhappy. They lie to you. Tell you that they are selling to you below invoice. Simple Google search tells you what dealer invoice is. Then you find out their price is way above invoice and you got lied to with a smile.
UPDATE: SERVICE DEPT LIES TOO!!!
I went to Curry Honda back in fall of 2018 to talk about upgrading my 2018 CRV to a higher trim model. At that time the sales person told me someone from Honda corporate had come to the dealership and trained their sales and service staff all about oil dilution. The sales person stated emphatically ALL Honda dealership Staff got this training and anyone who said otherwise was lying. I did not end up upgrading my car. But fast forward to February 2019. While putting washer fluid in my car the engine started rapping badly. Called road side assistance, had it towed in. After they looked at it, the service advisor Brandon came and got me and took me into the managers office, where he tried to show me a stupid video Honda has made about Oil dilution. He lied to my face and told me that oil dilution is normal and not a problem at all. He insisted that the oil being an inch over the full line is fine and totally normal. He denied that they smelled gasoline in the oil, which I know for a fact is a lie, I smelled it, it reeked, and I had coworkers smell it as well. He also insisted that my engine rapping is normal and all CRV's sound like that. I asked could I hear another one on their lot and he said no.
He said what Honda was going to do for me was have this dealership check my oil once a week and if it needed it, they would change my oil at no charge. I asked how often is this going to need to be changed? And IF this is all normal, why are they going to start changing my oil more frequently than normal? He said I'm not sure how often I will call Honda corporate back and ask. He assured me repeatedly this is all normal, nothing to worry about at all.
A simple google search reveals that Oil dilution is a HUGE problem, causes premature engine wear and you WILL have catastrophic engine failure. There is no IF with this, its only a matter of time before your engine blows and Curry Honda KNOWS this!! Instead of standing up to Honda and protecting their customers, they choose to tow the Honda corporate line and lie to customers.
After my oil was changed I was given some BS papers from Honda once again claiming Oil dilution is ok, not a problem, that Honda is extending the warranty on some engine parts etc etc. And once again Brandon lied to me about how this is all fine, nothing to worry about.
I work with 2 ASE certified mechanics who have said this is all NOT normal, and NOT ok and my engine WILL blow. If it got 1 inch over filled in 1600 miles because of gasoline getting into my oil, its going to blow and soon. If my engine is rapping, its been damaged, it's not ok.
Brandon then told me that Honda changed its mind, and said I do not need to come back for future oil changes, just have the oil changed when the maintenance minder comes on or come back if the check engine light comes on, or if the engine noise gets worse.
Everything he said contradicted itself. HE and Curry are a bunch of liars who are looking out for THEIR bottom line not yours.
I posted this all on Curry Honda facebook page, and instead of addressing my concerns, they BLOCKED me from their page. So once again, take note of how badly they treat customers! Oil dilution is a WELL KNOWN issue with the 2017-2019 Honda CRV. SOME dealerships are taking a stand for their customers and refusing to lie to them about it. Curry however is only looking out for themselves. BEWARE, do NOT buy here, they are wildly dishonest and will lie to you, to protect Honda corporate and themselves.
This is my last Honda, and I will never return to Curry Honda again.
I will however post the truth about them, everywhere I possibly can.
The GM says he wants to hear from you, but he really doesn't. He's just covering his butt to make it look good. Emailed him a week ago, not a peep out of him. Called and left messages, again not a peep out of him.
