It should almost exit the Taiwan market! Super bad service, the technical college here is very unprofessional, I have never been to any bank to open an account and asked you to stand on the road and take a photo of the Citibank logo in the background to deposit the certificate. It's just playing tricks, and it will test your capital! I will never use your service if I have money! too many stars!
