The people that work there are more concerned about socializing than about providing the services they are supposed to provide. Don't bother calling or going online to make an appointment as they will see you as they please instead of honoring your appointment. Completely horrible service. Had an appointment for 11:00, was finally seen at 13:00, waited for my passport only to be told that the system was down and they did not know when the service would be available. Off course, all of this after I had already paid for a passport that I did not receive. Completely useless bureuc-rats. Give the jobs to people who want to work and serve the public!
