Came here for an event. This is supposedly a super swanky resort, but I'm just unimpressed by the quality of the facilities and level of service. Things are generally a little warn and run down, demonstrating a lack of care for and attention to upkeep. One of our group asked for a different type of tea than the tea laid out on the table, and the team member replied, "If you don't see it, we don't have it." I'm actually fine that this is the case - a hotel offers what it offers and if they don't have anything else, that's reality - but I think there's a better way to express that same thought to a guest. A simple, "I'm so sorry, we don't have any additional options." would suffice....and be infinitely better.
