Nightmare, absolutely impossible to deal with. They have a online portal which they advise you to use which makes no sense. Its purspose is it to request documents, you then upload the document and then they request it from you again, and again. Was it the wrong doc uploaded or has the system not registered the upload? when you call them they are quite dismissive and short with you, and treated like a dim wit.

A simple remorgage took 5 months, i hope i never have the missfortune to deal with this company again.
