Okay where to begin. This "resort" was anything but. Everything was outdated, dirty, or closed. When we got there we had to pay an addition "resort fee" on top of what we already paid (I knew about the fee before i got there) which would have been fine, had the room been adequate or we were told that more than half of the resort amenities would be closed. No where in booking did it say that half the pools, the waterpark, the mini golf, half the restaurants, and the shops would be closed. Even their sign at the road boosted about their 17 pools and hot tubs even tho many were closed. The room was outdated, broken, dirty and smelt of weed. The last photo is of the grime on the top of the shower. We stayed for 3 nights and did not sleep well a single night which ruined our vacation. The beds were so hard and the comforters smelt terribly. There was trash from the last guests under the edges of the bed and under the couch which makes me seriously question their cleanliness. I would not suggest anyone book this resort in its curent state. only upside was the location of the property and the beach access. Most staff was friendly.
