Great location with amazing views! Room has clean and modern feel.
Make sure you get a room with a city view. Bed is large and comfortable. Hotel initially made an error on bed type for my reservation, almost giving me two double beds when I had actually booked a king size. To resolve I had to call reservations dept to correct the issue prior to my arrival.

The workout area is decently equipped. The indoor hot tub is not great. Water was barley warm and the surrounding area very chilly - strong draft from outside blowing in. The main pool is outdoors.

You can easily use the KC Streetcar which has a stop just across the street from the hotel to navigate the city and visit many nearby attractions. For tourist to KC the location advantage of The Westin at Crown Center is almost unparalleled.
