Exceptional service with no issues at all and required minimal communication and attention from my point of view which is exactly what I was after building an investment. I found the layout, switched a few structural things around with no hesitation, color selection was swift as well, the house was turn key all-inclusive of everything at a great price. I received regular updates from the admin at each stage with plenty of pictures to view the progress of the build. I ve just completed the final inspection and was very impressed with the workman ship with the only issues being cosmetic (paint touchups) or things that were still under construction and all ready noted. The site supervisor (Tim) was very helpful and easy to chat to regarding any faults (minimal) that were found, I had a building inspector come down as well to provide a professional insight who also made note that the build was definitely one of the better houses he has seen in a long time, finding no significant faults that required urgent attention. Overall I m very satisfied with the team at all stages, from inception to completion and would highly recommend using Hermitage Homes for your next build. I look forward to hand over in the next couple days. A well-deserved 5 star review, thank you and well done!
