Overall, had a pleasant stay here during a business trip and slept very well in the Superior Queen Room.

The location is great with many nearby cafes and restaurants serving good food. Was also pleased with how close it was to Boston Common (~15-minute walk) and the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (~30-minute walk).

Some downsides, the hotel interior looks a little dated despite some of its modern fixtures. And the friendliness of the staff was only about adequate.
