Quite small rooms, central location, mostly Russia...

Quite small rooms, central location, mostly Russian speaking, dedicated hotel staff. 260 for 2 nights is not in proportion. The room was clean. The hotel has no charm and is quite run down in some places (stairs, carpets, lighting). Great breakfast
