I completely understand do this place. It was way more expansive and beautiful than I had imagined. It's not an easy hike to the top but it's worth it. You're walking up soft sand in some parts so you slide a little with every step near the top. There were tons of kids doing it so it's not that difficult. It's much much windier and colder at the top so bring a light jacket.
