My daughter came in today with a staph infection and in a lot of pain from the infection. She waited 3 hours, wasn't given anything for pain or antibiotics. The nurse practitioner that lanced the boil was very rough with her and lacked compassion. As a mother it broke my heart to see her treated this way.
