My name is Beena Sharma and I bought a Honda WRV car in February 2019 from the dealer Prime Honda, Patpatganj, Delhi. The started troubling immediately after 3 months of purchase. The engine gets seized frequently and the service center every time say there appeared sugar in the fuel tank which I dont agree because my car is single handedly driven by me and I dont give my car keys to any one. The same has happened thrice in my car within a year of purchase but the Honda Services are not helping in this matter. I have requested them to replace the car's engine but even after so many requests on phone and customer care, no one is responding to it. The engine of the car is faulty which is developing something that is seizing the car's engine. Honda is not taking it seriously that anything can happen in the heavy traffic because the car stops operating in running traffic all of sudden. last time also my car stopped all of sudden in ring road.
I request again them to please rectify this problem.
