I've personally never had a problem with Laptops Direct and would recommend them.

I've ordered several reconditioned laptops from them. A few were unsuitable so I returned them for a refund and got my money back without any problems. But the next few have been fine (and true bargains) and I've kept them. When you're not buying 'brand new', that's the luck of the draw...
