This is a monoplozied company that overcharges for horrible internet and customer service. Called twice to speak to a manager or supervisor at buckeye and they said to me "I can't transfer you to my supervisor, they need to call you" I have never, in my entire life, been told that if I ask to speak to a supervisor, I cant. Horrible customer service, horrible service, horrible everything.

1 star isn't low enough. This company sucks so much.
