I first used Bay Area Property Management in 2004, and have been a very satisfied client-owner for over 12 years running. One consistent face-to-the-owner has been BAPM s Executive Property Manager, David Kushner. Dave and his team always find qualified tenants quickly when the property is vacant; and they field all the calls from tenants who are requesting repairs; minor, or major. He always contacts the owners first, to discuss any recommended services PRIOR to acting on anything that would take dollars out of my monthly income. He is courteous and patient with tenants, owners, and service contractors, alike. Patient, but not a push-over, he stands firm and knows the right call in any situation. For the small monetary percentage that BAPM charges for this monthly, I wouldn t consider anyone else to do the job. Thanks, David. I highly recommend BAPM for anyone s income property services.
