Here comes a review from another happy customer!!

As my current lease was a few weeks from expiring, I knew it was time to move forward with "next steps" and this is the part that everyone stresses over and gets nervous about. Will my salesperson be knowledgeable? Will they know what they're talking about? Will they lay out the facts and work with my budget? I'd like to answer those concerns with YES, YES, and YES!!! I had the pleasure of working with Mark Stocke here at Madison Honda and I wasn't even aware that there were car sale consultants as pleasant, knowledgeable, and considerate as Mark. He answered every question with confidence and provided me with everything that I needed to know about rolling into my next lease. I did not feel rushed nor pressured as I have at other Honda dealerships I've visited. I am now leaving those other dealerships IN THE DUST because my experience with Mark has made me a truly loyal customer to Madison Honda. When I came back last night to pick up my new, beautiful, cosmic blue metallic Civic LX, I expected to be there for a couple of hours at the LEAST. But because of Mark's consideration to his customers, he had me out of there in a relatively short amount of time and heading down the highway in my new ride. Mark took the time to show me some new features that differed from my 2015 Civic and made sure to answer all of my questions. He even provided me with a one-sheet that had some tips on how to handle some of the car's features, etc. These little "extras" are what make the difference for me - it shows that your business is valued, even when you're the customer who is not necessarily leasing or purchasing the brand's most expensive model. I appreciate that respect. All I can hope for is that Mark will still be at the dealership when I swing back in 3 years to roll into my next Honda. I can't say enough about Mark and the entire experience at Madison Honda. I will absolutely recommend him to any of my family or friends who are contemplating a Honda lease or purchase. Thanks for everything, Mark!!

I would like to also give a shout out to the finance manager I met with last night, Laura Rey. Laura was so pleasant and knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly so that I understood each document that I was asked to sign. Although she presented additional protection packages, etc., she did not coerce me into taking anything that I didn't care to take....and I appreciated her not applying the "pressure" as I had experienced at another Honda dealership 3 years ago. That was a very uncomfortable experience and I now know that I won't be made to feel that way again in being a customer at Madison Honda. Laura had everything ready to go when I stepped into her office and the whole process took a fraction of the time than what I'd expected....and that's because she clearly knows her stuff!!! I appreciate her professionalism and expertise on the financial side of the process and I want to thank her, as well, for a wonderful experience at Madison Honda!!!
