Totally useless. Why do you have people hired in the telephone service if they cannot solve your problems and only refer you to where they are solved? I have had to deal with city councils of several towns in Spain and although they are friendly they are useless. In others when you call they charge you taxes, taxes or fines by phone without any problem. In this they send me to the bank to pay what I have pending and you will see, according to those of the bank, if it is or is not. That is, they make decisions based on what the bank tells them.
