We stayed there for two nights and we loved it. Me and my kid loved the swimming pool, garden, kids play area, the choice of restaurants, the free breakfast, Gym, Jacuzzi and Sauna. The Olympic size swimming pool for adults was really good for adults to swim and relax because it was not crowded. We stayed there for Christmas and the we loved the Christmas decorations around the hotel.
This hotel is very close to Al Ain Mall, Jebel Hafeet and Al Ain Zoo.
As i read other reviews the only problem many people has find is they are unable to check in early. We also faced the same issue and we waited for more than a hour. But the hotel staff were kind enough to upgrade our room and made our stay joyful and pleasant.
