We've very recently switched to Bluedog Services and our Rep Alex #346511 has provided excellent customer service thus far. He has been very thorough at explaining their services and very responsive any time we have contacted him. We feel like we've gained a friend, not just a merchant rep. This has been such a welcoming experience compared to the company we used before whose customer service was lacking in many ways. Can't comment on the rates at this time, as we have not received our first statement yet, but looking forward to the savings we were guaranteed. Thanks Alex!!
