Overpriced and opaque in their pricing. Technicians (Ray B and Jordan B) were professional and overall product seems well installed/functioning but I realized after the fact that I had been ripped off on the financial front. Chris C was knowledgeable and overall a great guy but I think he's handcuffed by the firms high prices. Lesson learned and no grudges but this industry is about to undergo a transformation on transparency. BelRed will have to evolve very quickly if they want to maintain their position in the market. Long story short, shop around and skip this firm until they recognize their pricing is too high, and they aren't even union which I didn't realize initially. Again, my fault, I needed a furnace during the coldest of weeks and didn't have time to shop around enough. Just like other industry's, it's well overdue for an overhaul...those who wait and feed off the opacity of pricing will suffer as true customer centric firms come about.
