I had a closing with Artesian Title that got cance...

I had a closing with Artesian Title that got canceled buyer the buyer just a little over a week bf closing. Then one week later buyer changed their minds and wanted to renew contract and close. Artesian Title picked right up without any hiccups , they were able to get up back on title and we were able to close in a few days.
