you can definitely tell even by the "Responses from the Owner" That these people are so incredibly condescending and full of themselves. I just read the reviews of the Calgary store and same thing. This place seems like the staff and management don't really care about the customers or business. It blows my mind to read the stuff about the management. Thanks to these honest reviews, I will not be going to the Deck Store after all when It comes to anything to do with my deck. Its places like these that I am glad for Google reviews, they save me time and stress. Dear Deck Store, get your stuff in line.
