Drew Cordell Review of Bars, Restaurant, Cafè

We went here with a friend who is entirely gluten free. Service was fine and all, but really didn't like the fact that I had to get up and get my own coffee (and refills) from the front of the restaurant, navigating through large groups and clusters of people waiting for their tables.
I typically drink a lot of coffee at brunch, and this time was no exception. I found having to get my own coffee (rather than having a small canister or having the wait staff refill it) was constantly pulling me out of the conversation, then was annoying in that I had to navigate through all the people and try not to spill my coffee on the way back 4-5 times throughout the meal.
I got the breakfast tacos with venison and they were pretty good. Would be closer to five stars without the existing coffee setup which I strongly disliked. As a notoriously high-volume coffee drinker at brunch, this rates at a 3.5 star location and one that I may pass up for other options in the future.
