this company doing totally wrong use of govt. money. This company provide manpower services in ministries, govt offices.. Ye company jitni salary manpower k naam per recieve krti hai. ye utna pay nahi krti. Sbse big baat Provident Fund and ESI ka double charges ye apne employees ki salary se deduction krti hai. Which is rule of P.F. and E.S.I. "jahan employer ka share bi employee ki salary se jyega". Ye chor company hai. This company owner thinking that "employee are stupid, employees not know about the rule regulation of P.F. and E.S.I.". But company owner not know that I know all rules of P.F. and E.S.I. Finally bhut dangerous action iss company per hone wala hai.. kyoki aisa koi rule nahi jahan P.F. aur E.S.I. dono ka deduction employee ki salary se kiya jye. jiski salary P.F. and E.S.I. level se above hai wo log to best review iss company ko dengye... Unka dukh dard dkho jinki salary bhut kam hai aur ye company usmai bi wrong deduction dikha kr low salary pay kr rhi hai... Ram Rahim case k baad iss company ki news aane wali hai.. just wait and watch ... what i will do....

this company also works as aadhar enrollment agency and they keep overcharging customers by 200-300 per enrollment.

I have been working at IAP for almost two years now. Work environment is good and co-workers are cooperative and friendly. A decent organisation if you want to make steady progress in your career. A big plus is that the top level management is understanding and flexible. Never had any issues what so ever.

Not employees friendly Comapny with no work ethics,management is wrost and technical leads are very unprofessional, HR is only for employee exploitation.They theft my pf amount also.

This Company takes a very good initiatives by providing various health camps at office. Recently they had a heart camp at office where everything was properly checked and necessary advises were given by the visiting doctors from a renowned hospital. Company is providing necessary health camp periodically so the employees should be aware about there health.

I have been working with this company from past 5 years and the experience is great. The learning opportunities i have received is very much helpful for future.

Fraud Company All are Cheater. Dear Friend Please Don't Pay Any Amount

Company has no work ethics.lot of good professionals were asked to leave without any benefits.

This company ruin my carrier, i have joined this company July 2013 to 2014. Company not only give me reliving letter but also not verify my background verification. my previous company (Mphasis) terminated me due to background verification even i shown my bank statement to company.

Worst company. Current Management of this company posting fake good reviews about this company to get employee and projects.
Senior is sycophant to company CEO.
More than 1 year but not a single project is completed properly.
Worst place to work.
Worst management.
Politics and sycophant is senior management for which their junior have to suffer.
No any define way to work.
Boss is always right policy applied.
Company fire you any time without notice, But you have to serve notice.

Koi opportunity de do iss mai noida ke liye hire kr rahe hai please koi to naam btayo jo manual testing mai noida company ke liye hire kr rahe hai already call for 3-6 times

Very bad services and very bad staff after giving edistrict ID they didn't contact never and not attending the calls also

I would give interview once on this company and they told me that you are clarifying to steps of interview and for the last step we will contact you but at last date told me that you have not sufficient experience and behalf of the my experience they didn't select me doesn't matter I was give all correct answers of question this behaviour is hurting me I didn't like this and on the behalf of this behaviour I didn't like this company

Working for IAP MeriShop - It's a Dream Job for me. It's a dream come true experience. I am currently working here from last 18 months. I have felt that IAP gives a lot of independence, flexibility & mentoring to its employee. Company has been supportive to all of its employees around. I wanted to perform well & company supported in all possible manner. I had the opportunity to work around with very sharp employees who have benefited me to grow in my career. I also wish to mention excellent Corporate Social Responsibility for the betterment of the society.that IAP has shown in the leadership of HR deptt.. Anyone fresher or experienced who wishes & wants to work, thrive, grow, lead and succeed then IAP is the place......go grab it......

Have been working here for the past year and a half, immense opportunities to learn and grow as an individual and as a professional. flexibility in work timing, approachable higher management and friendly working environment are some of the pros of working at IAP. but like every coin has two sides and the other side of IAP sadly doesn't paint a good picture. Most of the people at helm of affairs do not have any foresightedness and lack motivation and enthusiasm. This in turn reflects on the entire team and more often than not present a dull picture.

The senior management needs to ensure Employee-Satisfaction and need to retain the best servicing people in order to grow substantially and be a company they always ought to be.

A good company to work with. People on board are from premium IT companies. HR is efficient and helping especially salaries are disbursed on time. 5 days working. A midsize and compact organization to learn more and develop. The only concern is that there is no direct OLA shuttle from Dwarka area; it is routed through Udyog Vihar which takes 15 minutes additional to reach office. Overall a good company.

Anyone interested to outsource or join this company, please Avoid this, highly unethical and don't know IT business at all.
