Customer service doesn't exist in this store. Letting people in 20 min before closing, then after a long wait in the lobby telling people to leave because the store is close. Don't let people in if you know it's impossible to serve them.
Thank you Mr. William for the shameless service. Just keep saying we are close and then chase customer out. Not even a single word of apology.
