Wow this was really difficult to work with esp if u aint as technologically-exposed like me but a few friends of mine told me how useful this vape was so I decided to give it a go. It would ve been one of the best decisions I ever made had I not completely confused the entire thing the second I got it. Thankfully, Rich from customer service was very helpful with guiding me on how to use the whole thing. I couldn t really trust myself to open it up and operate it on my own since it s kind of expensive and I didn t want to ruin the whole thing before I even got to use it. But Rich got me through it and now I ve been vaping all day long. Thanks Rich!!!
