Negative stars. Horrible experience. They are crooks! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. They charged me $132.00 to tell me they could not fix it. I went somewhere else and it was repaired within a half hour. Just shows how unprofessional and incompetent that service department is. The service manager should spend some time learning how to properly treat customers and less time in a tanning bed. I'll never go back.
