Review of Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge

I bought a 2020 grand cherokee Jeep from this deal...

I bought a 2020 grand cherokee Jeep from this dealership exactly a month ago today. As of today I still do not have my plates and my temporary plates are expired.
Before going to route 46 dealership, I visited another dealership in the bronx. I had a bad experience, the sales person was very pushy; therefore, I did not buy the car. After I purchased the vehicle from Route 46 dealership, I received a survey asking about the transation and sales person. the survey asked questions such as "why did you not buy the car; therefore, I though it was from the 1st dealership I went to. apparently the survey was asking me about my experience at Route 46 , thinking it was from the 1st dealership I gave the sales person only a 7.
I had a middle man helping me with my deal, so I received a phone call from my guy asking why did I give the sales person a 7, was I unhappy. I felt so bad for the mistake, because at the time I had no problem with route 46. I had a good buying experience until I submit that review.

fast forward 3weeks after I bought my car I still haven't received my plates. I called my sales guy left numerous messages. never once I received a follow up call after the deal was done. yesterday I called again left a message for my sale person supervisor still no return call. the secretary at the front desk told me she just spoke to my sales guy and informed him my plates were not ready. so he knew my plates were not ready and still did not give me a call back. my middle man had to go to the dealership himself and act on my behalf, thank God for him. I was Informed that the sales guy was still mad about the bad review. I guess that was the reason why I did not receive any return call. so because of a bad review, which was a mistake this dealership customer service went down the drain. All of the trophies that are on display as you walk into the dealership means nothing, this dealership has disrespected me as a customer after the purchase was made, all due to a mistake. as of now no one has given me a follow-up call, or returned my messages and my temporary plates are expired. If you choose to do business with this dealership you better give them a good review or you will get screw after the deal. I will post and tell everyone about this experience
FYI I never said the same of the sales guy because unlike him I am being courteous
